The new team member was not happy with his performance.

Patrik Lamper debuted not only in Slovan's jersey but also in KHL tonight. He came to HC SLOVAN Bratislava from Banská Bystrica. After a loss to the Kazakh team Barys Astana 0-2 he told us he wasn't happy with the result, and neither with his performance.

"I don't have a good feeling about my performance, I had some chances that I didn't use. I should have scored a goal and everything could have been different. We didn't use any chances, we didn't score a goal. We were very unlocky in pushing the puck into the net tonight. We need to fix this during the next training and make the goals happen in the next game," evaluated his first game for Slovan.

The robust forward jumped onto the KHL carousel right from a tournament in Norway where he played three games for the Slovak national team: "I didn't feel a big difference because I played against Russians in Norway. But my feet felt quite sore after those three games, I could feel being a bit slow."
